4. What if I receive a defective product?
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5. Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
Yes. You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
After this period, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still return the product within 30 days under our standard return policy.

Yes. We accept bulk or wholesale orders.
