1. Accepted Payment Methods

At Delare, we offer a variety of secure payment options to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience.

All payments are processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

2. Payment Processing

Payments must be completed at the time of purchase.

Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been received.

If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be confirmed or dispatched.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices listed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT, where applicable.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Any applicable taxes and delivery fees will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. 

4. Secure Payment Processing

Delare uses SSL encryption and PCI DSS–compliant payment gateways to ensure that all transactions are processed securely.

We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Third-Party Payment Providers: Certain payments are processed by third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure gateways. These providers process your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies and security standards. We only receive limited information necessary to confirm and fulfil your order.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK).

If a chargeback is initiated, we will review the case and provide any relevant information to the payment provider. We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve any issue quickly and fairly.

6. Fraud Prevention

Delare reserves the right to cancel or hold any order that appears suspicious or potentially fraudulent.

We may request additional verification for high-value or unusual transactions to protect our customers and business.
